    Ameresco is currently seeking a Business Analyst to work with Ameresco’s growing Solar PV Project Development Team. This position is located at our company headquarters in Framingham, MA.

    Responsibilities

    Prepare monthly and bi-weekly MS Excel reports that provide management and project team insights into: a) sales pipeline results (utilizing Excel extracts from Ameresco’s CRM system), b) operating assets performance (utilizing Excel extracts from Ameresco’s data acquisition systems), and c) compliance to meet regulated incentive deadlines;
    Coordinate with project development managers to collect the business data necessary to keep the MS Excel reports up-to-date;
    Coordinate with accounting to integrate the business unit data with the accounting system reports, including invoicing, revenue recognition, and payments;
    Prepare MS Excel business forecasts and presentation data sets for management review, utilizing and enhancing existing Excel workbooks and templates;
    Speak directly with customers on billing questions/concerns and help customers understand utility billing procedures;
    Continually work with finance team to ensure compliance with accepted revenue accrual practices related to project billing and solar PV incentives;
    Work with Ameresco’s Proposal Team to regularly update Solar PV qualifications tables and statistics;
    Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment that facilitates collaborative relationships with stakeholders to facilitate and drive profitable, risk-adjusted business decisions; and
    Perform other duties as required.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering with a proven history of academic accomplishment.
    Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially advanced skills with Excel.
    Excellent verbal, written, computer communication and presentation skills required.
    Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and business relationships.
    Valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing.
    U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
    Ability to pass security clearance investigation.
