The Senior Operations and Maintenance Manager will lead the operations and maintenance services for Ameresco’s clients. Requirements of the role as follows:
Minimum 2:1 engineering degree preferably in chemical, mechanical or electrical.
Achieved Chartered Engineer status.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in operations and maintenance function particular covering energy centres and associated utilities.
Commercially aware with experience of negotiating with equipment suppliers and installation contractors.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and have a flexible approach to work. They will be customer focused, passionate about energy efficiency and renewable energy. They should be able to demonstrate good organisational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritise work under pressure and complete within deadlines. The job requires the willingness to travel across UK and Europe, while based in Central London.
